Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ulbry (“Ulbry”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit ulbry.com, contact us, or use our WhatsApp sales-inbox service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Ulbry. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@ulbry.com.

When you use Ulbry to message your own customers, you are the controller of those conversations and Ulbry acts as a processor on your behalf (see our Data & GDPR page).

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

4. WhatsApp, messaging data & AI

Ulbry connects to WhatsApp to send and receive messages on behalf of business customers. We store and process the content of messages, sender and contact details, and related metadata exchanged through the Service, solely to provide it to the relevant business customer — including the shared inbox, conversation history, group chats, lead pipeline, and support tools. An AI agent may read and respond to these messages to qualify leads and assist replies; AI replies can be inaccurate, and the business customer is responsible for supervising them. We do not use the content of your customers’ conversations to train third-party models or for advertising. Ulbry is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, WhatsApp or Meta, and we are not responsible for any restriction or suspension of a WhatsApp account by them.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to provide the Service, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Conversation data is retained according to your account settings and our agreement with you, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See Data & GDPR for details.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@ulbry.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
